Callam is an Immigration Solicitor based at Axis Solicitors’ Manchester office, advising individuals, families and businesses across a broad range of UK immigration and nationality matters. Callam has particular expertise in personal and family immigration matters, including applications under Appendix FM. He regularly advises on Partner and Spouse routes, Parent routes and applications involving dependent children. His experience also extends to Private Life applications, the UK Ancestry route, the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS), Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), and immigration appeals before the First-tier Tribunal.

A particular area of Callam’s practice is British nationality law. He advises clients on both straightforward and complex nationality matters, including cases involving British citizenship through UK ancestry and applications relying on provisions such as section 4L of the British Nationality Act 1981. He also advises adults seeking to naturalise as British citizens and families seeking to register children as British citizens.
