The Home Office may conduct a “Sponsor Licence Compliance Visit” prior to granting a new sponsor licence or as part of ongoing monitoring for existing licence holders.

  • Fines of up to £20,000 (per worker) found to be working illegally
  • Downgrading of the sponsor license
  • Suspension of the sponsor license
  • Revocation of the license
