Position: Marketing Executive (Law Firm – UK)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic law firm based in the UK. As a Marketing Executive, you will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence, engage with potential clients, and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will possess a diverse skill set encompassing social media marketing, email marketing, lead generation, online advertising, and data analytics and will be experienced in Go High Level (CRM). Additionally, the candidate should be adept at content creation, strategy development, and events planning to support our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:
- Create and manage engaging social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and interact with followers to build brand loyalty and increase engagement.
- Analyse performance metrics to optimise social media strategies.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Craft compelling and relevant content for email communications.
- Track and analyse email campaign performance to improve conversion rates.
Lead Generation & Nurturing:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
- Implement lead generation strategies and work towards converting leads into clients.
- Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns to maintain ongoing communication with prospects.
Online Advertising:
- Plan, create, and manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
- Monitor and optimise advertising performance to achieve optimal results and ROI.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blogs, website, social media, and email campaigns.
Brand Development & Activation:
- Contribute to building and maintaining a solid brand identity for the law firm.
- Support brand activation initiatives to increase brand awareness and recognition.
Employer Branding:
- Assist in showcasing the firm’s values, culture, and career opportunities to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams on employer branding initiatives.
Events Planning & Execution:
- Organise and execute marketing events, webinars, and workshops.
- Coordinate event logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilise data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Must demonstrate proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the legal industry or professional services.
- Must have a solid background in marketing, preferably within the legal industry or professional services, including knowledge of marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
- A minimum of five years of working experience in a managerial role at a Digital Agency or in a Corporate Sector environment is mandatory. Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, branding, and lead generation would be valuable.
- Experience in managing marketing teams or projects, leading and supervising staff, coordinating marketing campaigns, setting strategic objectives, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Experience working for a law firm or a legal marketing agency would be beneficial. Understanding legal terminology and the services provided by law firms is also advantageous.
Skills:
- Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and best practices.
- Must be proficient in using Go High Level CRM, social media management tools, email marketing and advertising platforms.
- Must have an analytical mindset to interpret data and drive data-based decisions.
- Must have excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Must be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
