Salomen is a Trainee Solicitor based at our Manchester office, with experience across Civil Litigation, Family Law, Probate, and Business Immigration. He is committed to providing practical, client-focused legal advice and achieving effective outcomes for both individuals and businesses.

His civil litigation practice includes Money Claims, Contractual and Commercial Disputes, Landlord and Tenant matters, TOLATA claims, Boundary Disputes, and a wide range of general civil litigation matters. He adopts a strategic and solutions-focused approach, helping clients resolve disputes efficiently whilst protecting their interests.

In Family Law, Salomen advises clients on Divorce and Separation, Financial Remedy Proceedings, and Private Children matters, including Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, and Specific Issue Orders. He also assists with Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders, and Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements, providing clear and supportive guidance during challenging circumstances.

Salomen also assists clients with Probate and Private Client matters, including preparing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and applications for Grants of Probate, helping individuals and families plan for the future with confidence.

Alongside this, he has experience in Business Immigration, advising on Sponsor Licence applications, Skilled Worker visas, and Sponsor Management System compliance. His understanding of both legal and commercial considerations enables him to provide practical solutions tailored to the needs of businesses and employers.
